The Challenge
An automotive electronics company needed to move a newly developed control board from prototype batches to repeat production.

The Solution
Elcoteq developed a controlled production workflow combining automated SMT placement, reflow soldering and through-hole assembly.
Automated optical inspection and visual checks were included at key stages of production. Assembly instructions and process records were established to maintain consistency as production volumes increased.
